Ginger & Turmeric Tonic
Turmeric, ginger and cinnamon are well known for their anti-inflammatory properties and their great taste. Make the most of both with this refreshing winter tonic balanced with OSU.
Ingredients
- Ground turmeric (½ tsp)
- Ground ginger (½ tsp)
- Osu Original (100ml)
- Water (900ml still or sparkling)
- Ginger slice (4 thumb sized slices)
Method
- In a glass pitcher or jug, combine the ground ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, OSU, ginger slice and your choice of water.
- Fill four glasses with ice and pour over the mixture. Serve and enjoy.
